When is the best time for senior photos?

That depends on the vibe you want. Summer is bright and glowy, fall is full of color, and spring is soft and fresh. If you love that dreamy golden light, sunset golden light is always a favorite.

What should I wear?

Wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and like your best self. Neutrals, soft colors, layers, and texture always photograph beautifully. Try to avoid large logos or super busy patterns that can take away from you.

How many outfits should I bring?

This will be based on the collection you chose. For the essentials, usually 1-2 outfits and for the deluxe, 3 to 5 outfits. A great mix is usually one casual look, one dressy look, and one outfit that really shows off your personality. Cap and gown photos are also fun.

Can I bring props?

Yes, please. Props make your session extra personal and fun. Bring things like sports gear/uniform, instruments, books, flowers, college gear, cap and gown, or anything that tells your story.

Can I bring my horse, pet, or truck?

Absolutely. Yes to all the fun extras. We just need to plan ahead and make sure the location works for it. Please note there is a $ 75 fee for adding cat/dog. If you would like to use our horse for your session, the fee is $ 425.

5

I have no idea how to pose. Help.

No stress at all. You do not need to know a thing. I will guide you the whole time so you do not feel awkward and your photos look natural, relaxed, and amazing.

6

can my family member come?

Of course. Parents are always welcome. Friends or siblings can come too, but keeping the group small usually helps the session stay easy, relaxed, and focused. There will be additional costs to make this a ‘family session’ as well as your senior photos if you choose to include family members. This must be determined prior to the shoot, to allow time and planning.

7

What if the weather does not cooperate?

If the weather is not giving what it needs to give, we will reschedule. I want you to have the best light, the best experience, and the prettiest images possible. We will choose 2 days when setting the date for your session. The second date will be the ‘rain back up date’

When will I get my photos?

Your gallery will be delivered within three weeks of your session date. Once it is ready, you will receive your custom online gallery.

How many photos will I get?

That depends on the collection you choose, but you will receive a beautifully edited gallery with the best images from your session. Every final image is carefully edited for color, lighting, and polish while still keeping everything natural and true to you.

10

What should I bring with me?

Bring your outfits, shoes, accessories, touch-up items like lip gloss, powder, brush, and anything special you want included in your photos. Water is always a good idea too.

Should I get my hair and makeup done professionally?

It is totally optional, but many seniors love having hair and makeup done because it gives them an extra boost of confidence in front of the camera. I have references if you need these please reach out.
